This policy explains how the official Cardilax site handles the personal information you provide when you place an order in Uganda. We ask only for what an order needs — your name, phone number and delivery details — so that our team can confirm the order and arrange delivery.

Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order and, where you agree, to keep you informed about your purchase. We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties beyond the courier and partners strictly required to complete the delivery.

We keep the information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the order and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to staff who need it and is protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
